Note that only three types of registration (Standard, IEEE Member, IEEE and PELS Member) qualify for registering a paper. * These are the types of registration required for registering a paper. Each full registration allows to register two papers. For registering a 3rd paper and onwards, an extra paper fee of £200 +VAT applies. The registration certificate with an electronic VAT receipt will be sent to you by e-mail once we receive the payment.
 
Additional information:
  • During registration, you will be asked to provide proof of your student status/IEEE membership number if that registration option has been selected.
  • If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa, send an email to admin@wipda-europe.org.
  • After the registration, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the email address used for the registration.
  • A VAT receipt will be provided as part of the registration confirmation email.
Workshop registration fee includes:
  • Access to all the sessions & the exhibition area
  • Access to Wi-Fi in the workshop venue
  • Tutorials (Monday, 16th September 2024)
  • Welcome reception (Monday Evening) (Access to the Welcome reception can be limited if you register after 30th August)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunch (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
  • Gala dinner (Tuesday) – (Access to the Gala dinner can be limited if you register after 30th August)
Tutorial registration:
The tutorials are included in the main registration. It is possible to register to attend the tutorials only, without access to the Workshop sessions/exhibition on Tuesday and Wednesday. Please send a request to admin@wipda-europe.org.
 
Cancellation:
  • Cancellation of participation can be done using the Cvent registration system, which is accessible through the link in the registration confirmation email.
  • For cancellations by 30th August, administration costs of £25 per participant will be charged.
  • For cancellations between 1st and 6th September, 50% of the fee is refundable against the standard registration fee.
  • If cancellation occurs after 6th September 2024, there will be no restitution of the fee paid.
  • No show will incur a full charge.
  • Registered participants may be replaced, provided that the registration team is duly notified in advance.
  • Refund payments will be settled automatically through the Cvent registration system within 15 business days.
